Senior Graphic Designer
Based in Los Angeles. We are looking for a Senior Graphic designer with in depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production, including website, social, product packaging, and a great eye for colour combinations.
Overview:
- Overseeing design projects from conception to delivery.
- Designing original content for web, mail outs, social with use of illustration, typography
Responsibilities:
- Concept, design and layout of newsletters
- Design and layout of social content - face book ads, Instagram shout outs for promotional times
- Concept, design and tech packs for gift with purchase
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using Réalisation guidelines for web, social platforms
- Generate ideas to promote existing styles and new items including Gift with purchases and new website content
- Uploading and content management for micro site
- Uploading and swapping out home page on website
- Print design - colour swapping and choosing of colours for fabric and prints
- Package design

Senior Print Designer
Based in London - This is highly creative role supporting Realisation's Design and Creative Director, you will be responsible for bringing an excellent graphic sensibility to your print designs and illustrations, ensuring that they reflect the creative direction and aesthetic of the brand
Overview:
- Responsible for interpreting creative briefs, demonstrating an awareness of the market and trends
- Research and design unique, original and inspiring designs to reflect the brand image
- Undertake colour research and maintain an accurate working colour palette, producing colour ups of print placements onto the product
- Presenting designs to the Design director and evolve as required
- Create print tech packs and graphic sheets
- Update and maintain the FTS document at all times to ensure smooth communication throughout the design and development phases; closely following up throughout the process
- Sourcing and matching of colour standards
- Maintain the design boards and overviews for the team
- Managing and updating range plans
- Liaising with factories
- Ensuring print deadlines are met at all times
- Drawing, painting and illustrations
Your skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe/ CAD packages and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Min 5 years in Print design industry experience with strong graphic sensibility and reference
- Highly organised with an ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of print and embroidery techniques
- Highly creative but with a strong commercial understanding
- Strong communicator and able to actively network internally and externally
- Educated to degree level in design
- Problem solving and solution orientated with a ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Strongly motivated with the ability to work independently as part of a team

Based in Los Angeles. We are looking for a motivated office junior 2-3 days a week. License required. Proactive and self motivated with initiative. You will be involved in a fun, small and creative environment.
